Velda Rose Gardens residents enter their lot number starting with "VR" followed by 3 digits. The lot number would look like this "VR020".
Countryside residents enter their lot number starting with "CS" followed by 3 digits. The lot number would look like this "CS020".
The pin number is a 4 character pin of your choice that you would give to the office, in a letter or an email on the form provided on the Rules and Regulations menu on the web site.
It could look like some of the following samples. ("12ab", 2470, Ar19 etc) That is any combination of numbers and letters you would like To use.
The security code is used so that a program would not be able to figure out how to get into the owners section of the web site.
